The "2m & 3m" Rule for Total Safety
To comply with European safety standards and maintain our insurance coverage, every inflatable must have a designated "clear zone" around it. This prevents injuries from collisions and ensures children can safely enter and exit the attraction.

Closed Walls: You must provide at least 2 meters of unobstructed, clear space around all closed walls of the bounce house. This applies to any side or back sections that are fully enclosed.

Entrances & Exits (Wejścia i Wyjścia): A minimum of 3 meters of clear, flat space is required at all entrances, exits, and slide landing zones. Because some of our units feature multiple access points, please ensure this 3m buffer is applied to every opening.

Heat Sources & Fire Safety: For safety reasons, the setup area must be at least 5 meters away from any heat sources. This includes barbecues (grill), terrace heaters, fire pits, or smoking areas. PVC material can be permanently damaged or ignited by sparks and intense heat.

Electrical Devices: Ensure the safety zone is clear of any external electrical devices or loose wiring (other than our certified blowers and extension cords).
Pro-Tip: Before finalizing your booking, please consult the field "Wymagana przestrzeń (sz. x gł. x wys.)" found on each of our individual product pages at party-palace.pl. This field lists the total footprint required for that specific model. If the site does not meet these safety clearances upon our arrival, we will be unable to proceed with the montage.
Rodzaj Podłoża (Surface Requirements)
Gdzie rozkładamy dmuchańce?
- Wyłącznie Naturalna Trawa (Natural Grass Only): To nasz jedyny dopuszczalny rodzaj podłoża. Pozwala on na zastosowanie profesjonalnych kotew gruntowych (atestowanych śledzi), które gwarantują 100% stabilności.
- Przygotowanie trawnika: Trawa musi być skoszona co najmniej 48 godzin przed naszym przyjazdem. Teren musi być uprzątnięty z luźno skoszonej trawy, kamieni, patyków oraz nieczystości po zwierzętach.
Dlaczego nie beton, kostka lub hale? Obecnie nie oferujemy montażu na powierzchniach twardych (beton, kostka, asfalt) ani wewnątrz budynków. Prawidłowe zakotwiczenie dmuchańca bez użycia śledzi wymagałoby dowiezienia ponad 1 tony (1000 kg) obciążników balastowych na jedną atrakcję. Wybieramy bezpieczeństwo i mobilność, stawiając wyłącznie na kotwienie w gruncie.
Surowy zakaz: Pod żadnym pozorem nie rozkładamy sprzętu na piasku, żwirze, kamieniach czy błocie. Takie podłoże trwale uszkadza materiał PVC oraz silniki dmuchaw.
Zasilanie i Prąd (Power & Electricity)

Dedicated Outlet: We require a standard 230V outlet on a circuit with a 16A fuse.
Peak Power: Our blowers pull approximately 1500W. To avoid power trips, no other heavy appliances (kettles, grills) should run on the same circuit.
Distance: We provide professional extension cords up to 25 meters. We can extend this to 50 meters only if requested at the time of booking.
Generator: If your location has no power access, ask about our Generator Rental (Agregat prądotwórczy).
