The Access Path

2-meter width: We transport our inflatables on wide carts. We require a minimum 2-meter -wide passageway from the vehicle to the set-up location.

No Stairs: Due to the weight of the equipment (often exceeding 200kg), the route must be flat and paved. We do not carry equipment up stairs , steps, or high curbs.
Parking (Delivery Van)

Preparation and Service Time (Timing)

Assembly (30–40 min): This is the time needed to safely set up, anchor and inflate the attraction.

Pick-up and Cleaning (40-60 min): Once the fun is over, we need a little extra time. Each inflatable is pre- cleaned on-site to maintain the highest hygiene standards before your next rental.
Ground & Anchoring
For the safety of all users, a bounce house must be immovably secured to the earth. Wind is the biggest risk factor for inflatables, which is why our anchoring process is non-negotiable.
Rounded "Candy Cane" Anchors: At Party Palace, we prioritize "barefoot safety." We use exclusively fully rounded anchors (resembling a hooked umbrella handle or a Christmas candy cane).

Why it matters: Standard L-shaped stakes have sharp, protruding metal edges that can cause serious injury to children running around the unit.

Our Standard: Never accept a setup that uses sharp-edged stakes. Our rounded hooks ensure there are no jagged points exposed above the grass.

Deep Security: Our steel anchors are driven 38cm to 50cm deep into the ground. This ensures the unit remains stable even during sudden wind gusts.
Underground Hazards: Because our anchors go deep, the customer is responsible for ensuring the setup area is free of shallow utilities, such as:

Robot lawnmower boundary wires.

Irrigation pipes or sprinkler heads.

Shallow electrical cables for garden lighting.

Note: At this moment, we do not use sandbags or water weights for setups on hard surfaces (concrete, paving stones, asphalt). If the designated area is not natural grass, we will not be able to complete the installation.
