Pogoda i Odwołania
Safety is our absolute priority. Because inflatables act like large sails, we monitor weather forecasts closely. Here is how we handle "Mother Nature."
1. Standardy Bezpieczeństwa (Safety Standards)
We follow strict professional guidelines to keep the fun within safe limits:
-
Monitoring Wiatru (Wind): Inflatables act like large sails. If wind gusts reach 38 km/h (6 Bft), safety standards require the unit to be temporarily deflated. If wind speeds are predicted to be above 38km/h during your event, we will not proceed with mounting. This is a non-negotiable rule to ensure the stability of the castle.
-
Przelotne Opady (Rain): Light rain doesn't have to stop the fun! However, in the event of a heavy downpour or lightning, the blower and the connection cable must be turned off and moved to a dry area immediately for electrical safety.
-
Kontrola Temperatury (Heat): On very hot days (above 30°C), the sun can heat the PVC surface. We ask supervisors to check the temperature by hand—if it feels uncomfortable, a short break in the shade is the best way to keep everyone smiling.
Gwarancja „Udana Zabawa” (Our Win-Win Policy)
Don’t let a bad forecast stress you out. We’ve created a safety net for your investment:
-
Zadatek staje się Voucherem: If the weather forecast makes a safe setup impossible, your zadatek (deposit) does not vanish. It is automatically converted into Store Credit (Voucher), which you can use for any alternative date in the current or next season.
-
Ochrona przed „Siłą Wyższą”: Extreme weather is considered "Siła Wyższa" (Force Majeure). While we cannot be held responsible for the weather, we guarantee that your funds are protected for a future event.
-
Decyzja Eksperta: We reserve the final right to refuse installation if on-site conditions are unsafe. This is our promise to never put your guests at risk.
